About Greg Erickson

Greg Erickson is a Real Estate Professional at APEX Residential, bringing nearly a decade of experience and a proven track record in residential real estate. Throughout his career, Greg has helped clients buy and sell nearly 200 properties, representing more than $150 million in sales. Beyond his success in residential transactions, he has played an instrumental role in brokerage ownership, development, and leadership. He partnered in the founding of a brokerage that has since grown to more than 100 agents and has held ownership interests in two additional brokerages. His experience extends beyond sales, with a particular strength in building successful teams and fostering collaborative, growth-oriented cultures.

At the heart of Greg's approach is a commitment to building meaningful, lasting relationships. He takes the time to understand each client's unique priorities, goals, and aspirations, developing thoughtful strategies tailored to achieving their desired outcomes. With active real estate licenses in Arizona, Washington, and Idaho, Greg brings a broad perspective and extensive market experience to every relationship.

Outside of real estate, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 28 years, Alicia, and their two adult daughters, one residing in the Scottsdale area and the other in New York City. An avid outdoorsman, Greg enjoys hiking and exploring new destinations with his wife. A former football player at Boise State University in the early 1990s, he remains a dedicated supporter of the Broncos.
