As a Founding Partner of APEX Residential, Hayley brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion ​for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Before launching APEX Residential, she spent four successful years with America One Luxury Real Estate, where she honed her expertise in the luxury market and built a reputation for her professionalism and client-first approach.

Prior to her career in luxury real estate​, Hayley honed her skills with one of the nation’s top ten builders, Meritage Homes. After earning her real estate license in 2016, her drive and commitment quickly set her apart—earning the titles of #1 Sales Agent for the Phoenix Division and #1 Sales Agent nationwide.

Guided by her passion for serving others, Hayley expanded into the luxury market alongside her business partner, Jonathan Leaman, bringing elevated service and a refined client experience to every transaction. She is known for her professionalism, market knowledge, and tireless dedication to helping clients and colleagues alike succeed.

Outside of real estate, Hayley cherishes time with her husband, Patrick, and their beautiful daughter, Hunter Paige. When she’s not helping clients or leading her team, you can find her on the golf course (yes—she has a hole-in-one!), soaking up the Arizona sunshine, or spending quality time with family and friends.
