Before co-founding APEX Residential, Jim spent over 20 years in the corporate world as a National Director and Vice President of Special Investigation Units in the insurance industry. This executive experience honed his leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills—qualities that now serve his clients with unmatched precision and insight.

Jim’s real estate journey began long before his professional career. Growing up in a family-run brokerage, he developed a deep appreciation for the business and learned early on the value of hard work, ethics, and lasting relationships.
